Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy — Elke Berr

This policy sets out your options for cancelling a contract, returning a purchase, and exercising your rights to a refund or exchange.

At Elke Berr, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange process tailored to each collection.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European law, consumers residing in the European Union benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the last item in their order, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, by initiating a request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/90543948040/account

After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original method of payment. The original standard shipping costs are refunded; return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: personalized, engraved, made-to-measure, or bespoke items are not eligible for a refund in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

High Jewelry and Bespoke Pieces

These items are not eligible for a refund (except where the EU right of withdrawal applies); they may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery for an item of equal or lesser value. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at office@berrandpartners.ch or +41 77 211 58 87.

All Other Collections

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags. Personalized, engraved, special-size, or bespoke items are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Pre-order and semi-customized items (gold color, stone color, or size variations) are eligible for returns and exchanges according to the conditions stated on the product page.

Exchanges

For High Jewelry and Bespoke creations, exchanges are processed only through our customer service team within 15 days. For all other collections, exchanges can be processed through your customer account. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be settled before processing. If the exchanged item is of lower value, a store credit with no expiration date will be issued.
