This process enhances the silver's beauty and durability, protecting it from scratches and tarnish while maintaining a luxurious appearance. Rhodium is also hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

• Is rhodium-plated silver hypoallergenic?

Yes, rhodium is hypoallergenic. Rhodium is a precious metal from the platinum family known for being non-reactive, making it a good option for people with sensitive skin.

• Are cubic zirconium natural?
  Cubic zirconia (CZ) is a lab-grown gemstone made from zirconium dioxide. Designed to replicate the brilliance and sparkle of diamonds, it offers the same dazzling visual appeal and serves as a high-quality alternative to diamonds. 
• Is your Unbreakable collection sustainably sourced?

For this collection in rhodium-plated silver, we are partnering with a manufacturer accredited by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). This ensures that our jewellery meets the highest ethical, social, and environmental standards, from sourcing materials to craftsmanship. By collaborating with RJC-certified partners, we uphold our commitment to responsible and sustainable practices in the jewellery industry.

PERSONALIZATION SERVICE

• Can I personalize pieces from the Unbreakable collection?
  While we offer customization options for many of our Elke Berr pieces, personalization services are not available for items from the Unbreakable collection. These pieces were designed exactly as Paul Pogba envisioned, and we aim to preserve the integrity of their original design.
  
  
• Do you offer engraving services on the Unbreakable collection?
  To maintain the integrity of the Unbreakable design, engraving services are not available for pieces from this collection.
• Can I order the Unbreakable necklace in a specific size or custom length?

To maintain the integrity of the design, the length, type, and diameter of the chains in the Unbreakable collection cannot be customized.

DESIGN & SIZING GUIDE

• How do I know if a necklace will fit me?
  The Unbreakable necklace is available in two thoughtfully designed lengths, both carefully crafted to complement the pendant. Each chain includes an extension for adjustable sizing: between 40-45 cm and 55-60 cm.

While the 40-45 cm length is designed for women and the 55-60 cm length for men to ensure optimal fit and comfort, you are free to choose the length that best suits your preference from the two available options, whether you prefer a shorter or longer style.

Here’s a guide to help you visualize where different necklace lengths will fall on women and men:

Choker (40 cm / 16")

• Women: Sits at the base of the neck, creating a bold, close-fitting look—ideal for smaller, delicate pendants.
• Men: Hugs the neck closely and will be visible above your shirt

Princess (45 cm / 18")

• Women: Falls below the collarbone, offering a classic, versatile length that suits most pendants.
• Men: Sits close to the neck and will be visible above your shirt.

Matinee (55 cm / 22")

• Women: Hits at or just above the bust, offering a longer, more dramatic look—great for larger or statement pendants.
• Men: The most common size for men's chains. Falls at the collarbone level, creating a more relaxed look that complements medium to large pendants. Can be worn inside or outside the shirt

Opera (60 cm / 24")

• Women: Sits at or below the chest, ideal for long, elegant pendants or creating a layered, fashionable look.
• Men: A longer chain that sits at or below the chest, perfect for large, bold pendants or a more casual, laid-back style.

• Do I need pierced ears to wear the Unbreakable earrings?
  The Unbreakable earrings are designed for pierced ears to provide the most comfortable and secure fit.

PACKAGING

• What kind of packaging will I receive my Unbreakable order in?
  Every order will be wrapped in a special edition Unbreakable gift packaging. The box will include the thank you card, warranty card with Paul Pogba’s signature and an Unbreakable pouch with your jewel. 
• Can I receive a personalised signature from Paul Pogba?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee personalised signatures from Paul, as his availability is limited.

However, we deeply value each of our customers and strive to make your experience as special as possible. All Unbreakable warranty cards feature Paul Pogba's signature, and we’ve planned some exciting surprises for customers who purchase one or more pieces from the Unbreakable collection, including exclusive emails.
