High Jewelry and Bespoke pieces require special handling and authentication. These items are not eligible for refunds; however, they can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery for an item of equal or lesser value. Returns &amp; exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.<br>Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all accompanying packaging, certificates, and tags intact.<br>Personalized, engraved, special-sized, or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.<br>Pre-order and semi-customized items (such as variations in gold color, gemstone color, and size) are eligible for returns and exchanges, as specified on the product page.

High Jewelry &amp; Bespoke Creations can only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value within 15 days by contacting our customer service team.<br>For all other collections, exchanges can be processed through our automated return portal [insert link].
