18K black gold pendant set with an 0.30-carat rose-cut diamond on top of a natural pear-shaped black diamond or spinel weighing at least 4.50 carats. The accompanying chain, measuring 46cm in length, is adorned with over 200 briolette-cut black diamonds for the black diamond version, or over 200 briolette-cut black moissanites for the black spinel version.
