Our High Jewellery pieces are one of a kind due to the rarity and uniqueness of stones and jewellery technique, which cannot be reproduced identically. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all jewellery orders, with all items being shipped within three business days from purchase. Please note that personalized items may require additional processing time.
We provide international shipping to most countries (excluding PO Boxes). Delivery times may differ based on your location. You may get an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your basket.

Once the design of your custom creation is approved, it will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to craft and ship your piece. EXCHANGE & RETURN
We accept returns on all jewellery items that are non-customized within 15 days from the delivery date.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in good, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note that customized items, including those with engravings or special sizing, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping and bank handling fees from your original order are non-refundable. Exchanges are free of charge, while the shipping fee for returns will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items are subject to a mandatory Quality Control process. Once your return is approved, you will be notified, and the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, credit card, or PayPal account.
You can exchange or return an item that was gifted to you within 30 days following delivery. Please note that if you choose to return the item, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. For exchanges, if the new item is of lower value than the one returned, the difference will be refunded to the original purchaser.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend the following care tips:
- Avoid contact with chemicals (perfume, lotions, cleaning products) as well as chlorinated or salt water.
- Store your pieces in the provided soft cloth pouch or jewellery box when not in use. This helps protect your jewellery from scratches and environmental factors.
- Clean your jewellery regularly using the soft cloth included in your purchase to gently remove dirt, oils, and fingerprints. This will help maintain its natural shine.
- Additionally, we recommend removing jewellery while sleeping, cleaning, or exercising to prevent potential damage, as such activities can put stress on your pieces.
While our silver, gold, and semi-precious stone jewellery is designed for durability, we recommend removing your pieces before engaging in activities that may expose them to water, sweat, or chemicals on a regular basis.
Sterling silver, in particular, can be more sensitive to moisture, sweat, and chemicals, which can affect its shine and finish over time. Semi-precious stones may also be vulnerable to moisture and can lose their luster if exposed too frequently.
Additionally, we advise removing jewellery while sleeping, cleaning or exercising to prevent potential damage. Activities such as gardening, running, or sleeping on your side may cause stress on your pieces, especially those with delicate designs or gemstones. For long-term durability, it's always best to store your jewellery in a safe place when not in use.
Tarnishing is a natural process that can occur over time with silver and gold jewellery due to exposure to air, moisture, or chemicals.
To prevent tarnishing, store your jewellery in a dry, cool place, and avoid wearing it while swimming or exercising. You can clean your jewellery with a polishing cloth or silver cleaning solution to restore its shine.

Depending on the issue and type of damage, we can offer free repair services or exchanges within the warranty period, as long as the damage wasn’t caused by neglect or improper care. If you lose a stone or a clasp from your jewellery, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we may be able to offer a replacement part or suggest repair services.
Keep in mind that certain elements may be difficult to replace if they are one-of-a-kind or limited edition.
Black(ened) gold is treated with black rhodium, oxidation, or PVD coating, which may fade over time. To preserve its finish:
